About Crescent Plastics

Our History

Crescent Plastic, Inc. began production in 1949 and we are celebrating over 60 years in business. From our early beginnings we began producing pipe and custom profile extrusions. Two sister companies evolved from this initial business, Cresline Plastic Pipe Company, a leading manufacturer of commodity PVC pipe, and Wabash Plastics, Inc., which utilizes a variety of injection molding technologies.

The combined strength of all three companies in the purchase of raw materials helps to reduce raw material costs and provide economies of scale. In addition we combine Human Resources, IT and Accounting under one corporate structure to minimize overhead. All three companies are debt free and have excellent liquidity and leverage metrics.

Crescent Plastics' customer base includes electrical, display, appliance, lighting, marine, construction, and agricultural industries. We specialize in close tolerance plastic extrusions and have engineering capabilities to assist our customers in optimizing their design. This has helped Crescent Plastics to grow into one of the leading custom profile extruders in North America.

Our focus on quality is supported by our certification as an ISO 9001:2008 organization. We employ state-of-the-art technology such as online gauges, optical comparator, SPC charting and coordinate measuring machine to meet our customers demanding requirements.
