In-House Custom Tooling

Our custom tooling is designed and manufactured in-house at Crescent Plastics, allowing us to more effectively produce your product, as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible. From our experienced design team to our CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) System, we are able to control all aspects of the custom extrusion and plastic fabrication process to ensure the finished product is everything you need and expect.

And, because our tooling is created in-house, Crescent Plastics is able to guarantee your custom extrusion dies for the life of your plastic extrusion program, and provides routine maintenance as required to ensure the quality of your tool.
