Crescent Plastics exists to do one thing: Create thermoplastic extrusion products to work in our customers’ unique applications. We don’t have any stock parts. Everything we do is custom-manufactured to meet our customers’ specs. Pick an attribute and we’ve been asked to work on it. Custom colors, dimensions (length, width, outside diameter), fabrication (drilling, notching, printing, punching), and specialized packaging are the requests we get most often.

Many of Crescent Plastics’ customers are looking for products in rigid or flexible PVC, and customized commodity-grade PVC pipe is in high demand. But we work with more than a dozen other materials including polyethylene, ABS, high-impact polystyrene, acrylic, thermoplastic elastomers, and engineered thermoplastics.

We work these materials into custom profiles with our precision single- and twin-screw extruding equipment. Our co-extrusion processes bring the same precision to products made of multiple materials.

Custom thermoplastic extruding is not our sideline. It is what we do. It’s all that we do.
